All COMPLETE orders placed within the continental United States are shipped via UPS/USPS
within 3 to 5 business days. A valid contact phone number and physical address are required for all shipments.

International Orders including APO addresses:
Your order will be shipped via US Postal's Priority International.
You are responsible for Import duties, taxes, and other charges. Delivery time is vary widely,
depending on you country's Customs and takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

Returns: If a product is being returned, please contact us immediately for a return authorization.
When the returned product is received by ArtNails, a refund or credit will be applied.
The customer is responsible for all freight costs on returned items unless otherwise authorized by ArtNails.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
